Clinic Members:
This service is free for members. Email your questions to Dr. Suzanne (suzanne@doctorsuzanne.com), and include your membership number in the subject line of your email message.

Non-Members:
Our “e-Consultation” service is available at a per-use rate of $25. This is a two-step process: 1) click the “Pay Now” button below and complete the transaction; 2) Email your questions to Dr. Suzanne (suzanne@doctorsuzanne.com), and include the Paypal-confirmation-email transaction ID or receipt number from step one in the subject line of your email message.
